@AirCanada Soo we've been here since 15:30 yesterday afternoon for a 18:30 flight that got pushed to 19:15, then 19:45, then 20:30, then 22:00, before getting cancelled. We've been both in line and on hold since 22:30, so I guess my question is, do you actually employ any customer support?
Someone linked this when I asked for the best bop of the year and I’ve been grooving to it all evening. I assumed it was some kind of hit but the artist has 1300 plays a month, so, I don’t think so!

@AmazonHelp So I've contacted them and l they said to do was to uninstall and reinstall the app which I've done nearly a dozen times since. It's been a month and I'm very frustrated. If I'm not getting my money's worth, I might as well just cancel my subscription #AmazonPrime#NoHelp
