@comcastcares We can't get a dispute resolved for spending the majority of 2020 with our service not working. For 6 months our cable and internet did not work and after 6 calls and five hours on the phone, we were promised a credit of $365.01 that we haven't received.

Epic fail on #Eggtoberfest Whomever staffed the event and made the decision to have one line and one entrance and one ID checker for thousands and thousands of people should be ashamed. Never made it inside - horrible experience for @BigGreenEgg BGE fans. Staff also rude. Sad.
