@amazon Once again poor customer service, even worst logistics. Driver drives pass my house and returns for the night. Complained and was promised a refund and keep the product. They cancelled the order got nothing. Re-ordered, now incorrect UPS tracking still empty handed.

@amazon After today I am dropping Prime. Since moving there distribution center every other order is late. I just ordered 7 items. All were suppose to arrive today. Two did. TWO. Two "should" arrive tomorrow, the other 3 maybe Wed since mid shipping they transfered to UPS.

@AmazonHelp Chatted twice. Phone call is useless, they never speak clear english. Was offered $5 for my troubles which is insulting. I watch my package leave one state drive by two Amazon distributions center, pass my house then to a third center. Only to return to previous state.

@FedExHelp When you hear overnight, does that mean overnight plus a day or two. Does is mean overnight if it is convenient? My package travel from Kansas to Waukesha in 12 hours. Then sat in Waukesha all day and was told it will be delayed! @BoycottFedEx
