@AmericanAir We understand cancelations are out of your control. But please explain to me why our bags are being held hostage for the next 31 hours? We rebooked our trip this morning for the only available flight tomorrow night. How are we supposed to shower??? Give us our bags!!
@AmericanAir We fully expect compensation for all the things we had to purchase. We only brought carry ons and were asked at the gate to volunteer to check our bags due to the full flight. It's UNACCEPTABLE to continue to ship our bags and leave us without even our basic needs.
@AmericanAir Your DMs don't even work for me to send information. We had to purchase new clothes just for a day and have no luggage to put the extra clothes in. What is the expectation for passengers who are canceled and have to stay in a city they don't live in over 24 hrs?
@AmericanAir Why now?? Yall shipped our bags to Florida some time in the early morning after we requested them here in Texas. We have been left with nothing while our bags are enjoying the beach!

@Dr_Heavenly Absolutely. Like Simone said, Dr. Greg has been friends with all the men since the beginning. Why wouldn't he and his wife deserve to be there? None of yall had great first seasons. Give Tea the same grace we gave yall..
