In Revelation 3:7, Jesus describes Himself as “the Holy One.”
To be holy means to be set apart, unique, and unlike anyone else. It means there is no one in the same category as you.
In Isaiah 40:25, God is also called the Holy One. So when Jesus calls Himself the Holy One, He is identifying Himself with God, revealing His divine nature.
“O God, You are my God;
Early will I seek You;
My soul thirsts for You;
My flesh longs for You In a dry and thirsty land Where there is no water.
So I have looked for You in the sanctuary, To see Your power and Your glory.
Because Your lovingkindness is better than life, My lips shall praise You.
Thus I will bless You while I live; I will lift up my hands in Your name.
My soul shall be satisfied as with marrow and fatness, And my mouth shall praise You with joyful lips.”
Psalms 63:1-5
A few days ago, I was complaining, “Lord, this rain is becoming too much. Please let it stop so we can work. Today, I’m saying “what kind of heat/ sun is this?”Humans Beings...🤓😂🤓. Who can relate?🤓
It’s now Day 8 after being sworn in for a new Term. No new appointments. The expired appointees are all still in place without re-appointment announced. Is this the beginning of another Drift in governance? Investors are waiting for policy direction. Nation is on a Pause.🤔🤔🤔
