@spikemmy@pst_iren In what part of the sentence did my response shield Pastors from speaking up? I asked you a direct question.
How am I even having to explain this to you?
@IAmTooEunique@pst_iren If all you see in that tweet is ‘defending a Pastor’, then there’s no point. Your initial tweet wasn’t about the gospel but you want the response to preach the gospel
I am completely in tandem with the view that Christians should speak up on societal issues especially when it involves massacre of other Christians.
However, I will only start taking you people seriously when you drag men of God as a collective.
You see this selective outrage? Lol, a performative clownery show at best .
“Men of God are quiet,” yet when issues like this come up, you consistently call out the same two. So is this really about their silence, or just a convenient excuse to air out your long-standing disdain?
Interesting how their contemporaries, who’ve said nothing, get a pass, probably because of your likeliness (or indifference) towards them.
Let’s be honest: this isn’t about the victims or the tragedy. If we’re keeping it a buck, you’re just thrilled to have another excuse to bash pastors you already have so much distaste for .
Some introspection might do you good.
(And just so you know, dragging is the last thing I’m scared of on this app. Bring it on 🙏🏾♥️)
