I sold a $400 PS5 30th Anniversary controller with proof of purchase, photos, and full documentation.

The buyer blocked me immediately after receiving the item, refused all communication, lied, and Mercari ruled in his favor because he had 499 ratings and I was a new seller.

I couldn’t even leave him a rating to warn others because Mercari lets buyers BLOCK sellers to hide feedback.
