Web3 isn't a fluid experience today. We need a wallet to hold things, which is separate from where we communicate, which is separate from where we buy/sell assets, which is separate from where we take loans... No wonder it's hard to get newcomers. We desperately need to simplify.

The head of design, head of CS, head of marketing, lead iOS developer, and the other 1/3 of Basecamp employees who left today should start a company together, where they will get something called "equity." Maybe they can raise "venture capital" to help them get started. Neat.
