@marksandspencer had a poor experience at Widnes today. Used my voucher from rewards, the girl didn’t mention I would lose the remaining credit after not using whole amount. Very disappointed.

@QPark_UK Their explanation is poor. Other car park companies don’t do this. Customers beware - qpark just want your money. No customer service at all. They haven’t even responded back to me.

@easyJetholidays so you won’t allow a 15 year old girl who is 6ft 2’ in the extra legroom seats yet I can book my elderly aunty into one, she’s 79 and couldn’t break her way out of a paper bag! Think you need to review your policies. Outdated! Other airlines allow it earlier!
