So I was listening to @ezraklein podcast with Jon Stewart & struck around the midpoint as they tried to get at anxiety & polarization.
It put me in mind of something re: the fall of the Roman Republic - 'the Republic' clearly meant different things to different Romans. 1/

My insurance provider went bankrupt in the middle of that.
Without the ACA, NO insurance company would have agreed to cover my remaining 12 months of chemo and radiation.

@MoeMoton And you can learn things about your roster from outside voices that might kickstart some internal discussions. Just going in and exposing themselves to NOTHING new was braindead
@tashanreed AP has failed the game management test at every single opportunity. Not shocked considering he has the Hall of Fame of bad game management as his core mentors (Coughlin, Marvin, Philbin)
@LedyardNFLDraft I think it will be very Saintsy to win some meaningless games when Carr comes back and then trade up for a player they don't have to on the draft
@Fenrirs_Chosen I bet their was some concern that it would feel like ground they already tried with Skyrim. But I agree the choice in the timeline was tame (most things were). Also gimme some deep space horror here and there (ala Mothership).
@Fenrirs_Chosen I think the game itself has a lot of strengths but what they chose to tell with that game was really a slog. And there was clearly some technical tradeoffs made so every planet had something (mostly boring) on it. Underbaked and clearly steered by publishing needs
