@askryanair Why has flight FR8362 from Seville to Stansted been delayed for 10 hours? First it was bad visibility, now it’s there is no flight crew. How can there be no flight crew when no flights left Seville this morning? So where are they? No communication from Ryanair staff.

@askryanair @askryanair compensated for a 10 hour delay with an insulting €4 voucher that quite frankly you can stick up your arse as it doesn’t even work. It’s costs €16 for a sandwich. Absolute jokers and just mugging at everyone off! Tossers!

@askryanair We also got the plane steps at 1430 to then be marched back to the gate with no explanation. Why? Again told no Crew, when we actually saw all the crew get on the plane. Constant lying from staff. Different excuse everytime.
