@4wanen I went thru obs project and sum people had the same problems and there's no solution for it ha... haha... NOOOOO

-I also checked my OBS settings hich had nothing wrong
-I changed the fps on OBS
-I tried all the encoders on OBS
-I even lowered resolution and the problem is still there

- I updated ny NVIDIA and still same problem
-Installed and Uninstalled OBS
-Checked my windows processing system
-its also not a wifi issue
-not a capturecard issue
-the same problem is also present in streamlabs
-the camera app that mirrored my capcard runs it smoothy
