Then there's exploits, which only use intended game mechanics in ways that don't break the game in any way. Those are allowed

@Jayjimbop @joshuaskyevan @GammaEaglit So with the targeted if you get a 5 star it is guaranteed to be the target and if you didn't get one before aleeady, you get a 5 star at 110 pulls at the latest. With the 50/50 you get a 5 star guaranteed every 80 pulls, but it's a 50% to get the targeted character or smth else

@0_zneR If you want to pick "meta" then either choose Kafka, Sparkle or Adventurine. Acheron is also pretty good with the new blade coming next patch. If one of the remaining 3 happen to be your favorite you can also pick them but without further investment they can be a bit lacking
