@TeamYouTube <part 2> I just uploaded my July 10th episode and it only updated to the June 26th episode, my previous episode.... How do I fix this?
@TeamYouTube 2 weeks ago when updating my Podcast, I uploaded the XML RSS file before I uploaded the MP3 episode... I received an error email. My next episode I followed the correct order and YouTube updated the feed but now, for the last month, is 1 episode behind. How to fix?

“Tripping over the Truth: How the Metabolic Theory of Cancer Is Overturning One of Medicine’s Most Entrenched Paradigms”, is having a resurgence in popularity due to new evidence showing that cancer is a mitochondrial metabolic disease (https://t.co/ZyJaO7lXON).
Six years ago, Apple said they’d continue working together with Jony Ive on new projects. That never happened. Instead, he’s going to be designing devices for the company pioneering the tech that some Apple executives believe could kill the iPhone. https://t.co/J2xyxcXnsm
Must watch as Bruce Springsteen opens his European Tour eviscerating Trump: "My home, the America I love that has been a beacon of hope and liberty for 250 years, is currently in the hands of a corrupt, incompetent, and treasonous administration."
Mild cognitive impairment isn't a fixed fate. Even brief bouts of physical activity can rewire the brain, slowing and even reversing cognitive decline.
In a large-scale, randomized controlled trial, just 45 minutes of exercise, light or moderate, performed four times per week for one year, significantly slowed cognitive deterioration and protected against brain shrinkage.
Remarkably, even light activity preserved the integrity of critical brain structures like the entorhinal cortex, the gateway connecting memory-forming regions (hippocampus) to the broader brain networks (neocortex).
The takeaway is clear. Our brains respond to movement at nearly any intensity - every session matters, and every bit counts.

The most widely accepted theory on the origin of cancer is incorrect. Cancer does not arise from somatic mutations. Cancer is a mitochondrial metabolic disease and should be treated accordingly. This talk tells the whole story. https://t.co/UqxBdS5Uo2
