My legal team formally sent @Claynosaurz @HeebooOfficial a letter on August 3. It includes formal notices and demands for documentation on specific matters tied to the $NOBODY token, and one tied to the blind box/plush situation.

As of now, Claynosaurz/HEEBOO still has full control of the $NOBODY token. Nothing has changed on that front yet.

Separately, I also want to clear something up: someone on their team had access to this X account since the token launched, and used to post and reply here. I removed that access a few weeks ago. It's only me on this account now.

I'll share updates as I have them. The reason of my silence is that I have been working through this properly with lawyers, not reacting in public.
