I asked the manager at the local @pods office to email me in his own words that i was given wrong information. He just emailed me "You were given incorrect information that 2 containers will fit in a 2 car driveway, & I don’t know why they continue to tell customer they can."

i spoke to the local @pods manager who made the decision - he said that customer service tells people all the time they can accommodate two, but it's rarely the case. This something that comes up all the time, apparently, and they straight up lie about it.

but seriously - @pods told me they would be able to deliver two pods to my driveway at the same time. i scheduled movers based on this information. then, the day before, they tell me that in fact, no, they can't deliver two pods.

the next time i move, i absolutely will not be using @pods - they flat out lied to me about my order, waited until i paid, and then changed it. completely unacceptable

@FiraxisGames There is also an issue where Byzantium and Gaul are on the Steam store page but there is a message that says the base game is required to play (even though I have the base game).

@therealelp It's been a hell of a thing to try and decide if it's better to keep a job and expose my kid to a deadly virus or lose a source of income and keep them safe. It's a nightmare, honestly.

@GrimdemGamingHD @DisappointedDr3 @ghxva @A_dmg04 So far, sure. But every other season was at least named in the TWAB twelve days before launch, sometimes with even more information. Nothing has been said at all about S11. Maybe they're changing things up, but it's a departure from every other season.
