@MTA Like, it’s a good thing I checked???? Because otherwise it’s a beautiful day with no reason to expect I shouldn’t be able to just walk to the station and go.
@MTA the M train (my main) has been delayed every single time I’ve needed to leave the neighborhood since the F-M switch. If this is going to be the new normal, can we at least get night time service?? Having to transfer after 9pm to get home is rough.
@MTA@MTA I literally can’t take the M because it’s entirely suspended where I am, and the second route you see that I can take is ALSO delayed. How am I supposed to get to my appointment today?
@vicrod2003@MTA Wym leave? Obv it was a horrid situation yesterday, but this is part of a long chain of constant M delays, literally every single time I need to go somewhere lately. I MISSED MY NECESSARY MEDICAL APPOINTMENT because of how yesterday was handled.
@MTA I can’t even get HOME now because of this. Literally stranded unless someone pays for an uber. This was a necessary medical appointment. Yall took away my SNAP and I could’ve been using this 3 hour round trip to keep working but NOPE.
Like, @MTA once again the M is delayed, this time while I’m on it. I’m going to miss my transfer because of it which will make me miss my commuter train which is hourly.
@NYC_DOT ubers to my daily medical appts should take 25min. It’s taking 60-90 min due 2 Queensboro Bridge construction. Subway takes 75min or more with all the daily delays. When will this project end? This should be an hour round trip and it’s taking up half of my work days!
@Uber_Support I took a ride and was charged nearly double the quoted price. There was traffic, then my driver went off route for a few minutes I assume by accident. Help is offering a full discount. Should I take the full discount? Or can I be reimbursed for the extra amount?
