During the weekend the machine thrashed about so much that it broke my kitchen cabinets and ended up on its back. I want a return or a refund asap as this is incredibly dangerous. I won’t be fobbed off anymore
- this needs dealing with ASAP.

I received an email that my washing machine model had been recalled. Despite my machine exhibiting the fault (metal drum rubbing against and chipping at the washing machine door, to the extent it causes sparks) the advisor I spoke to at @Argos_Online fobbed me off.

My family’s sagas with @AdmiralUK continue…. Brother’s car got written off in a four car motorway accident and they haven’t even contacted highways to look at his car? It’s been over a week? He’s hurt, stressed and doesn’t need this. What a joke.

@Specsavers - I just wanted to say a massive thank you to your staff at Bybrook in Ashford. From the lady who took the pictures of my daughter’s eyes, to the optician, to the lovely lady who measured the glasses to make sure they were a good fit. What an amazing team!
