@amazonIN please choose your delivery partners wisely as they are troubling customers by updating wrong status and rejecting orders without even getting in touch with customer and not even trying delivery the next day, your IVR service is also a failure.

@flipkartsupport now you keep on extending days for resolution it is kitchen cooktop which is basic need if you can't provide on time cancel replacement and refund.
