CVS/Caremark/Aetna sent a text message to a patient before arriving at the pharmacy of their choice marketing a lower copay at CVS store. Second time in 3 days. The use of MY claims data is quickly being used against me. Clearly a violation of FTC agreement

Why are #PBMs allowed to set the prices that are paid to pharmacies YET they own pharmacies that COMPETE with you?! Now, pharmacies are going out of business due to high fees being charged by PBMs. @SenateFinance
