Convincing win for the proteas. Now they need 4 wins out of next 5 test matches. They host pak and SL at home with one more test match left in BAN. Chances of them playing WTC finals look very bright.
Indian cities are super funny.
Somebody said Bengaluru tech bros should move to some other city to escape floods.
Pune folks: don't come here, we're equally infra tatti!
Hyderabad folks: don't come here too, we'll be tatti very soon like you!
Mumbai folks: idhar bhi mat aana, tatti + kamar tod rent.
Gurgaon: we don't have a gutter, we are the gutter, koi aur jagah dhundhlo.
Noida: aa toh jaoge, ek piece me return hoge iska guarantee nai hai.
Ahmedabad: y'all can come here but even I'm a little too extreme, fully dry state!
Kolkata: bengal strike pe hai, ek saal baad aao.
Chennai: same same sir, flooding everywhere. plus complimentary cyclones.
Kochi: six hours work + six hour old monk shift, you automatically forget floods!
Patna: baad chhodo, tumra jaat batauo.
Nagpur, Jaipur, Coimbatore, Bhubaneswar: we are just here for attendance. Hame koi nai puchta.
What's my point?
Independent India hasn't created a SINGLE liveable, thrivable, half decent city where one can live in peace.
And we dream we'll be able to pull back H1B Indians in Amrit Kal.
No one really understood the tweet unfortunately.
It talks about the priorities of government and political parties of Karnataka. Frankly, these are “world class” IT areas with jobs like San Fransico and infrastructure like Burkina Faso.
One more under-construction building collapsed in East Bengaluru #ITCorridor where building approvals have a slum-level process! The Babu-Political nexus has created an #ITSlum with no basic public infrastructure! Praying for laborers who are trapped! 🙏
The thankless job being done by the on-ground soldiers of @blrcitytraffic, managing traffic on Sarjapur Road despite waterlogged conditions! Wish @BBMPCOMM were as dedicated. But can they be? They are an unelected body in a democratic setup!

People are criticizing to make Bangalore a better place for all. If anyone criticizes any city, it is because it lacks something and improvement is needed.
Show the intent you will stop seeing people complaining. If doesn’t happen with them, doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen.

For all those wondering what DyCM DK Shivakumar is thinking/doing to reduce people’s misery, hear him: “Even Dubai faced flood situation, no one can stop nature…even I got caught in the rain…there was 2.5 ft high water near Nelamangala.”
What do you think?
The recent rain havoc in Bengaluru, garbage, potholed roads, bad footpaths, clogged drains, poor street lighting etc show that the City is crying for a full time Minister to take charge of its affairs + an elected BBMP. Reputation of City & the Govt are at stake @CMofKarnataka
Room for improving civic amentinities? Are you kidding?
It is basically “complete city” for improving civic amenities. Whole city is crumbling but madam here wants to say “room for improving civic amenities”.
Strange that this handle is sharing video from 2022.
What is the intention? To defame Bengaluru or @DKShivakumar ?
Yes there’s room for improving Civic amenities but why reshare an old video?
Connectivity in these areas is pathetic, roads are non-existence, mafias, thugs, unsafe areas at night especially Sarjapur Road. Feels like there is no one to listen to anymore.
Absolutely feel angry - why should we suffer with taxes?
East Bengaluru infrastructure is beyond repair. It either needs complete revamp or threat from the IT companies that they would move out.
From Silkboard to Hebbal along eastern corridor. Every Individual and offices suffer tremendously! I would call these areas “IT SLUM”.
10.00 PM Update: Carnage spell of rain across North and North West Bengaluru.
Now TS rains starting over West and SW Bengaluru.

India is the most scariest country to drive according to this website.
Key reasons are that nobody knows the rules, and right-of-way. So it’s infinite hit or miss situations, some of which turn fatal.
And at the same time, majority drivers have an aggressive attitude.
This creates a dangerous combination on the road.
To add to the above Enforcement is very very poor, due to which even law abiding drivers get tempted to take a shortcut.
