Very disappointed with @ResidenceInn. We had a reservation for 4 guests with 2 beds & called ahead to let them know we would be arriving late. Despite confirming our late arrival, we arrived to find our room was given away, & were offered only a 1-bed room @Marriott #travel

@airindiain I flew to india with AirIndia AI176/AI640 - from SFO to BOM via BLR yesterday Morning.

Haven't received my baggage yet. There were two bags.

Tried reaching out to AI via Call but no satisfactory response. No updates on baggage.

It’s VERY URGENT. Kindly update.
