Last week, I paid a courtesy visit to Cllr. Dr. Jallah A. Barbu, the Executive Director of the Office for the Establishment of War and Economic Crimes Court for Liberia. The visit provided me with insights into the activities of the WECC, particularly the issues of child soldiers

10 years after @WashFellowship: Today, I paid a courtesy visit to the Deputy Minister of Gender ( Liberia), a fellow lawyer, and a MWF 2014 fellow @lauragolakeh. We reflected on our journey and the program's life-changing impact. 10yrs later, we are reunited in service. Network!

I paid a courtesy visit to the ED of the @PYPPLeaders. She is doing an incredible job and has decentralized the program to an additional 2 counties. I am proud of the amazing work she and the team are doing. We were both members of the same cohort (Class 3). @QueenTanshan.

Today, I represented the Minister of Justice at the official launch of the project ''Support a Child, Save the Future." I met the Country Representative of @UNICEF_Liberia @AndyBUNICEF, and we briefly discussed Unicef's longstanding support to MOJ's Juvenile Diversion Program.

Upon the submission of my thesis to the @IrishCentreHR for an LLM in Int'l HR Law, I returned to Liberia to resume my professional duties. I met the Minister of Justice & AG and we discussed my role on his team. 12 years ago, I was an intern at his law firm. Reunited in service.

@uniofgalway The experiences shared by experts were enriching and further deepened my knowledge about the ICC and the future of international criminal justice.

In addition to a 1-semester module in international criminal law and a field trip to the ICC, ICJ, and Kosova Specialist Chambers, I have also completed the 2024 Summer School on the International Criminal Court at the @uniofgalway.
