500M ELEVATION AND THE TOUGHEST DAY YET. Day 15 of running the UK completed.
Thought going through wales would be a short cut and easier but yeah… 500 meter elevation today (nearly half of Ben Nevis) and no lay by or stops for 14 miles straight.
Will admit though although was like something I’ve never done before, the views were on another level. Felt like something out of the lord of the rings, unreal.
Had a long phone call with my grandma today and to hear her say how proud she was and to keep going, is going to fuel me until the very end. Over 1/3 of the way now.
Enjoyed my time in the home of catfish and the bottlemen but tomorrow we go back to England and to Hereford the home of Jarrod Bowen. UP THE TIGERS

Kosher is also not similar. There is making an incision on the artery of an animal and letting it bleed out (basically falls asleep none the wiser…mild distress maybe), then there’s trapping an animal, sticking a blade through its throat, cutting all the arteries, veins, nerves etc…but leaving the spinal column in tact so the animal feels everything, whilst it suffocates on its own blood and saliva.
Not the same.
Thank GOD…..for this man.
May he reach many.
No one wants this division, no one wants the hatred (small minorities of evil people do…granted), but what most people, of every colour & creed want…is just to be able to prosper and raise their families in peace & community.
Nearly 9 out of 10 times a Black person is murdered in America, the killer is also Black.
That’s not a “white supremacy” issue. That’s a community crisis.
Accountability isn’t hate—it’s the first step toward healing.
