@vitaaeris Jinshi is great. Tbh, I think Maomao’s voice is perfect, but I feel like the direction of her voice is poorly executed. Plus, I’m a dubbing enthusiast, and in Mexico (where most of the dubbing for Latam is done), the standards are pretty high, so maybe I’m being a little harsh.

@TakedaNamikaze Pero si desde el principio se nota que solo es un personaje, hay varias veces que se le cae la máscara cuando está con Maomao y ella misma lo menciona, además Gaoshun lo ha regañado cuando no interpreta a "Jinshi" aunque estén ellos dos solos

My initial point was simply to point out that, in my opinion, saying it was most likely there to attack Jinshi didn't seem quite right to me, but oh well, in the end, we'll probably never know.

@kajinmao Obviously, this isn't personal or an attempt to attack you, it's the general idea that this is the "normal” when it isn't.

The reality is that people are used to media overexposure and to having everything explained to them directly, rather than through metaphors or subtext.

@kajinmao I wish people would stop saying that only LN readers can see that. I only watch the anime, and I can easily tell how much Maomao lies to herself. If others who only watch the anime don't realize it, it's because of their biases and a lack of understanding of the series' subtext.
