Wow! didn't think @Solihullhospital could get any more incompetent! Wife booked for kidney stone removal after a year, wrong surgeon performs wrong procedure! Stent for a month, pre-op, correct surgeon for correct procedure...cancelled because someone more urgent needs the slot.
