We’re constantly told the plan is narrowly focused on “the worst of the worst, criminals first, very targeted. Relax.

Yet the official @DHSgov account posts: “The solution to high housing costs: mass deportations.” Backed by Fed data showing the prior surge drove 20-30% of rent and home price increases.

So which is it?

Telling us the limited approach is enough while the reality shows it won’t fix housing costs is gaslighting in real time.

The current method equals no meaningful self-deportations, it pleases the media and creates zero fear among the broader illegal population.

Only mass scale moves the systemic needle.

The DHS page gets it.

The public deserves the same clarity.
