Some of the neighborhoods in Riga are majority russian, with Latvian population of only 24% and 16% Many of russians are still not citizens and they are proudly calling themselves 'niggers'.

Bet laika rats neizbēgami latviskos arī Bolderāju, Daugavgrīvu, Daugavpili :) 🇱🇻✊
