As per @MORTHIndia guidelines; empanelment is illegal. The Syndicate is charging double the market rate. Vehicle owners are being duped Lakhs of rupees daily at the RTOs (Regional Transport Offices) by putting involuntary burden on them at the time of new registration or renewal.

Sir, it's been 10 years since Nirbhaya happened and a mandate in Public Transport called AIS140 was introduced by MoRTH in 2018 and even funds have been allotted to states. But even after 4 years no state has implemented this in a proper fashion. Sir kindly help @nitin_gadkari

Instead certain vested interests and individuals in states like MP and West Bengal and in DIMTS who is a PMU for this AIS 140 program have indulged in large scale corruption and have made a mockery of the mandate. Sir kindly help. We hold you in high esteem🙏 @nitin_gadkari
