@Darteweb Our presets are designed based on YouTube recommendations. You have to pick the right preset based on your bandwidth and computer. The higher the data rate preset the better the quality.

@marcysutton @ScreenFlow If Importing it may be a codec compatibility issue. Try playing in Quicktime. Right click on media file and select Services > Encode Selected Video Files & select Apple ProRes. Make sure you've updated to ScreenFlow 7.2. If it's a screen recording post back & we'll investigate
