Moved to Seattle today and it’s beyond beautiful. Probably the best decision I have ever made.
Well, outside of showing the tip of the iceberg of how embarrassing USA TODAY is…
@crissy_froyd I hope you are the sideline reporter for Pats at Hawks that gets to interview Vrabel at halftime. Somebody, please let it happen. Think of the ratings!
No public words of support. No reporting the biggest NFL offseason story for 7 weeks. No acknowledgement or explanation for silence.
I texted Mike, he doesn't want to talk.
Pure silence.
I'm just curious why.
@NotSoAngryScout@Chicityforum1 So you are saying that Mina is the whore of Babylon? That may be a bit extreme even for my level of Mina sports broadcaster hate. I think I will stay at the level of: "Fraudulent, no mind, social climber, dingbat bird brained, talentless. vacuous League minion for now.
Mike Vrabel and Dianna Russini forged a relationship that by its very nature could cause theoretical harm to sports bettors, beat writers, and other NFL teams while benefiting ESPN, the Athletic, the Titans and Patriots.
We still don’t know basic facts like when the relationship started. Neither has fully acknowledged an inappropriate relationship. The AP won’t release Dianna’s COTY ballot like it did last year. And Patriots writers won’t even utter Dianna’s name at press conferences.
And many are saying it’s time to move on. Why? We still have no clarity.
@Sturwold87@Tonysmarkettips Have people forgotten Philip Marlowe, Sam Spade, Hercule Poirot and Nancy Drew? (Had to include that last one for DEI purposes.)
It appears to me that ESPN chooses who it scrutinizes and who it doesn’t based off of who their staff is friends with. Let’s call it “selective scrutiny”
A lot of big moves in the NFC West recently but no one's talking about how the Cardinals got a new soft serve ice cream machine in the staff cafeteria, vanilla cones are only $1.99 (with valid team ID).
