Equity requires access....

[Chad Gestson @chadgestson]

As schools stay closed & transition to online learning, the next education crisis is upon us. Many youth in poor, urban, & rural AZ do not have access to tech devices & Internet. Once again, leaders across AZ came together to raise awareness & offer solutions. #DigitalDivide

[Chad Gestson @chadgestson]

As key decision-makers consider implications of a long-term statewide closure of all schools, more ED leaders continue to sign on to our original letter.

But there is more to consider. Other challenges & opportunities lie ahead. New considerations & recommendations coming soon.

[PXU @PhoenixUnion]

SPREAD THE WORD: All PXU school cafeterias will open from 8:00am - 9:00am, and 11:00am - 12:00pm to serve food to any individual 18 years old or younger.

[Chad Gestson @chadgestson]

In light of the likely closure of all schools in AZ in the coming days, school systems leaders across AZ came together to make educational & economic recommendations for state leaders. Surviving long-term shutdowns will take coordinated leadership at all levels.

Today our nation celebrates an incredible visionary, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. This is one of my favorite quotes as it always causes me to reflect. These are challenging times... let's measure up and stand for what is right!
