“America” = shorthand for the United States of America
“the Americas” = North America + South America (the continents)
“American” = someone from the United States

Yes, in some Romance languages América can refer to the continents

But even there:
People call themselves Mexican, Brazilian, Colombian, etc.

They do not say “I’m American” to mean “I’m from Peru”

So the claim that “America” naturally refers to the entire Western Hemisphere in English is unequivocally false

Her RAP sheet already includes 7 court losses which she attempted to overcome by issuing an $82,500 "donation" to MI Supreme Court Justice Kyra H Bolden while she was a defendant before Bolden. Perhaps not so coincidentally, Bolden later wrote the majority opinion in Benson's favor.

She needs to be impeached (i.e. indicted) for her malfeasance while in office. If you seek her impeachment as I do, I encourage you to sign the following resolution calling for a floor vote on HR 118.
