I feel compelled to respond to this because I know a lot about the Harvey Weinstein situation.

1. Benny says he’s been with his wife nearly 20 years and never cheated on her.

That could technically be true; perhaps they have an understanding or agreement.

I know for a fact that he has had intimate interactions with men. I am not the only one who knows this; both conservatives and liberals know this as an open fact.

2. Gavin was not in a relationship when he had a very unfortunate and unacceptable intimate relationship with a former staffer who was also married to his campaign manager. I won’t defend that at all — it was wrong. And he immediately admitted to it and apologized for it.

3. Implying that Jennifer Siebel Newsom —who has no control over the Newsom Office account — had some sort of financial or work relationship with Harvey Weinstein in exchange for sex is absolutely disgusting.

Jennifer was raped by Harvey Weinstein.

I was one of the people the Beverly Hills Police Department interviewed about this because, months before the Weinstein story became public, Jennifer warned me that a friend of mine should stay away from Harvey.

For years, I had always suspected he sexually harassed her because whenever his name would come up, Jennifer would immediately shrink and look scared.

Then, when the story started trickling out, Jennifer told me the full story, and we had texts and emails that the police wanted to see.

Jennifer has been through hell as it relates to Harvey, and bringing him up is sick.
