I might never look the source again. It was nearly a half century ago that I stopped looking at assembly because I trusted the compiler to get it right. This feels like that.

[Elon Musk @elonmusk]

This is exactly right. Source code is on the verge of becoming like assembly.

The next step is getting rid of “source code” entirely and just making an efficient binary directly with AI.

Are those people standing by you now? No, they aren't, right? If you had done what we told you back then, things wouldn't be like this today. But you went down the wrong path. Both then and now. Goodbye. Don't ever return to cricket.

[Telsa @telsatelsa]

@Sanath07 Jayasuriya, where you went wrong that day was ignoring what I said and trying to please the lunatics on Facebook. You made the exact same mistake today. Dropping captain Charith. Removing Mendis from the opening position. Bringing guys like Pawan Rathnayake into T20s.

[DailyMirror @Dailymirror_SL]

Having played in the most competitive franchise cricket league in the world - the Indian Premier League (IPL) even before his debut for Sri Lanka national team, Matheesha Pathirana was primed to be the next big thing in Sri Lankan pace bowling history, but fast forward two years he finds himself in a situation where he'd be incredibly lucky to be included in the squad for TWO World Cup.

Also, he is best suited for opening in Test and ODIs, but if he is talented, he can be kept even in the T20 team. You should tell him to try and bring his strike rate up.
About the bowling, we will have to have a separate talk.

[Telsa @telsatelsa]

@Sanath07 @upultharanga44 I got to hear that Julian Wood, the power-hitting coach, has been made the batting coach for Sri Lanka for a year. It would be good if a person like that is kept with the Sri Lankan cricket team for a lifetime, not just for a year, otherwise,

[Telsa @telsatelsa]

maybe for the middle order, or else young Vishen or Avishka will have to be brought back into the team. These days, they are playing well in domestics.
Don't remove Kamil Mishara at once, because he needs to be given more chances.
