Estoy bastante sorprendido que la gente que peor se ha tomado la publicación de mis salarios sea gente de Recursos Humanos.

Alguno me acusa en privado que al compartir mis salarios de forma pública, la gente se va a creer que merecen esos salarios y que van a pedir más sueldo.

Y yo, me pregunto, ¿no será que igual es que los merecen de verdad? Y que lo que necesitamos son rangos salariales acotados y transparentes en las ofertas de trabajo…

Al mostrarlo tampoco espero que la gente crea que es lo normal. Ni lo mejor. Simplemente es lo que yo gané, ni garantía ni consejo.

Para consejos ya estuve ayer casi cuatro horas en directo hablando del tema.

Why use story points at all? They are not suitable for scheduling. If a team wants to measure itself, throughput, cycle time, lead time are all better. If you make the stories small you can just count them to fill a Sprint, & the discussion is more fruitful. No estimates required
