The robot on the right isn't what comes after humans. It's the best tool a human has ever picked up. Calling it soulless is like calling fire soulless — it was never meant to have one. Having a soul was always our job, not the tool's.

I think it's the exact opposite. Every figure took a step forward by picking up a better tool — standing upright, fire, the spear, the printing press. Not one of them got replaced by the tool. They got amplified by it.
