Was Paul being unnecessarily stupid? Yes. You shouldn't weaponise your brother's dragging situation to position yourself as "good guy".

Was Peter cheated? Based on evidence, Yes.
Is Paul the obviously better talent? Yes.

Did Jude use the fact that Paul is the better talent to drive a wedge between the twins so he can tweak legalities as he pleases? Most likely Yes.

Is Peter the obviously better businessman? Yes.

Does that mean Peter deserves to be cheated? No.

Is Paul complicit in cheating Peter? Based on evidence, most likely Yes.

Would P-Square have split if Jude wasn't their manager? Most likely No.

Is Jude weaponising their broken bond for his own personal benefit? Most likely Yes.
