Today marks the beginning of Children’s Day week, yet the children and teachers kidnapped on May 15th, 2026 from a school in Oriire LGA, Oyo State are still not home. Every day they remain in captivity, unimaginable things are happening to them. Please keep lending your voice and demanding action. Let’s not forget them.
In 2014, we all mourned the heartbreaking abduction of the Chibok girls. Well-meaning Nigerians took to the internet to voice their outrage, and the hashtag #bringbackourgirls💔 trended worldwide. Now, after 11 years, we find ourselves once again confronting a similar tragedy with the abduction of 25 girls in Kebbi State, while our sitting president has yet to address these serious concerns. Within just one month, we’ve experienced devastating events that expose a troubling failure of leadership and a lack of empathy from the government elected to serve us. @officialABAT, how can you remain comfortable in Aso Rock while the country suffers so much? From the brutal murder of a brigadier general, to the terrorist attack on a church in Kwara State & the abduction of the 25 girls in Kebbi, these tragedies weigh heavily on our hearts💔💔💔 It’s painful to see ongoing bad news become a regular headline, and it’s hard not to feel troubled and hurt by this constant cycle of crisis. You were elected to serve and protect us; instead, many of us feel our suffering has worsened under your administration. We’re exhausted by the endless cycle of insecurity, economic hardship, and sorrow. Once again, we raise our voices to say #BringBackOurGirls💔💔💔. We are tired of trending sad hashtags—we want a Nigeria where every citizen feels safe and united. @officialABAT, we sincerely seek answers and real solutions. This shameful display of leadership must end now, for the sake of our nation and its people.
I’ve been so overwhelmed with back-to-back shoots that I couldn’t keep up with the Ochanya Ogbanje story. Today, I came online and saw #JusticeForOchanya trending.
The recent developments in her case deeply sadden me, and it’s important that I lend my voice because justice denied for one is justice denied for all. The same system that failed her today can fail us tomorrow, and it’s our collective responsibility to call out injustice in society. The system meant to protect the girl child has failed her.
A child should never have to beg for safety.
#JusticeForOchanya is a cry for accountability, reform, and protection for every girl.
We owe her justice. We owe our children a safer future.

Floral Drama, 2025.
Had so much fun experimenting with color, texture, and a dash of whimsy on this one. Can’t lie—I’m obsessed with how these turned out. Which one's your favorite? I genuinely can’t choose.

This country is so useless People are being massacred in Plateau State and the government is quiet. Entire communities are under attack, lives are being wiped out and theres no state of emergency???? How is this possible????
Today, we continue to fight and demand justice for women because none of us are immune to what is happening. Ignore the paid disruptors. Senator Natasha Akpoti is fighting for her voice to be heard, and we will amplify it until it is.
