and says to complete a hundred:

Lā ilāha illallāhu waḥdahu lā sharīka lah, lahul-mulku wa lahul-ḥamd, wa huwa ʿalā kulli shay’in qadīr x 1 –There is no deity except Allah, Alone, without partner. To Him belongs the dominion and to Him is all praise, and He is over everything powerful

his sins will be forgiven even If these are as abundant as the foam of the sea

Abu Huraira (RA) reported Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) as saying: He who believes in Allah and the Hereafter, if he witnesses any matter he should talk in good terms about it or keep quiet. Act kindly towards woman, for woman is created from a rib, and the most crooked part of the rib is its top. If you attempt to straighten it, you will break it, and if you leave it, its crookedness will remain there. So act kindly towards women.

Many slide into depression and even have suicidal thoughts. Learn to love yourself the way you are. Don't do anything major unless you really have a defect.
