People also need to buy clothes, shoes, do activities (ie gym, sports, hobbies, travel etc). What's the point of saving almost half your salary if your quality of life ends up being way below average lol
What I noticed, every year or 2 he got promoted. Signs of a company thats investing in you. Nobody just wakes up & decides to give 32 years of their life to any company. Free coffee, fruit bowls & pizza team buildings won't cut it, I'm sorry.
