@DhillonAjit I'm not sure I understand what you are trying to model well enough to tell you how you should do it, I just think that when you talk about "compounding", most people's minds go to "compounding interest rates", and that's not what you're going for.

@PositivelyNot@AlasdairGold May not be what people usually consider false negatives. There is an incubation period and if you test too early after an exposure, you may test negative but be incubating and then positive a day later. That's why there should be quarantines after an exposure.
