@AllworkTammy @WestJet It’s definitely not the staff on the ground who are the issue - they’re understaffed at best of times but the ppl working in the airports are doing their best & I feel bad for them b/c ppl aren’t happy & patience is thin. Top down communication problem & lack of backup plan!!

@everett_horner @WestJet I had same thing happen, they called me and put me straight on hold for 45 mins and then the call dropped so I tolerated 45 mins of hold music for nothing 🤣

@JaniceOwen @WestJet According to my app, I’ve been in PVR since Nov 5th at 3:07pm when I’m actually stuck in a hotel room in Saskatoon that I had to find and pay for myself after boarding a direct flight YQR to PVR!

@ghostinthenet @WestJet Not the agent’s fault, not the WestJet employees at the airport feeling the bulk of the heat of this at fault either - I feel for those stuck cleaning up a disaster created by operations/corporate.

@ArcadyRozental @WestJet Oh and no record that we flew to Saskatoon…so do we really exist here in this hotel? According to trip details in my westjet app, we arrived in PVR…doesn’t look like PVR to me

@ArcadyRozental @WestJet couldn’t possibly take off w/ enough fuel to get us to PVR due to “obstacle at the end of the runway” at YQR, on plane for ~5 hours, stuck at airport in Stoon, promised hotel vouchers, then told 30 random passengers got them - rest on own. Flight cancelled - vehicle is @ YQR!

@WestJet @WestJetNews Was on WS2428 direct Regina to PVR yesterday only to end up in Saskatoon finding our own hotel rooms. Now @westjet isn’t even accepting calls. Sign up for a callback at 7am - 6:30pm is the callback time given. Good grief
