@greymoraIe Mad... Touko decided to keep her theories on Ghetsis's sanity to herself.
But Colress's request shocked her. She was Touko--ex-Unova champion, hero, truther, whatever--and most of all, she'd kicked Ghetsis's ass. Hard.
So she blinked at him, not knowing what to say. -
@greymoraIe A smile flicked on Touko's lips. So Colress didn't think too fondly of Ghetsis.
"Mm. Well, I can understand that. And your research, er, overlaps his interests, then?"
She fiddled with Samurott's Poke ball, retracted and small in her hand.
@greymoraIe "Listen." Touko shoved her hands, pink with cold, into her pockets. Samurott shifted, rested against her side. Think fast, kid.
"I need to know more about your relationship with Ghetsis."
@greymoraIe Touko rocked on her heels. She wished she could say that years in the wilderness avoiding relationships, friendly or otherwise, had sapped her of her tact, but this was par for the course. She frowned at herself--twenty-two was too old for this--but kept her eyes on Colress.
-
@greymoraIe "Might send you back to your hole for a while."
Colress had a point. And in the back of Touko's mind, someplace faraway, a voice urged her not to act so rashly. Samurott watched his trainer with something like concern.
So she stood, steady, still, surveying the man up and down.
@greymoraIe "I know enough." With a click a Samurott materialized beside her. Truth was, Touko didn't know much about Colress, beyond the blue hair--or headpiece, she could never tell--and the information Juniper relayed to her.
