Thought for the night
I was outstanding in my class upto 2 levels in primary and post that I had few issues in school
Next few years I remained just above average which forced me into commerce but I loved it because of 1 subject which was management
I was fortunate to study management in my 11th grade and Henry fayol impressed me from the very 1st day
14 principle’s of management

I came out as a school topper and got admitted to top college

Then i started business instead of regular path that 99% of kids will go that became a turning point and I wanted to get into IIM, fate would have that I was giving sales advise to the MBA coaching centre who stated the TIME then within few months I was consulting with team of IIM professionals on India’s first online cash card called green cards
My fee was ₹1.5 lakhs way back in 1999 I had solved a massive problem which would require 15 employees 3 months of their time in less than 2 weeks
I was completely out of box and my next assignment with them got finalised for a fee of ₹10 lakhs plus profit share
I was out of the world and that day I decided that I will not do an MBA at IIM

I needed an MBA as documented evidence, in the mean time I shifted from No1 college to Jain college with the same university which was more for business and the college was maximum 3 hours a day, so it helped in my business activities.

Now having studied business books the degree book was small so I used to just study what was needed before exams
One such paper was Income Tax act I had just 48 hours time to read the 320 page book
I spent next 39 hours to read the book cover to cover and scored 1st class actually I fell in love with the subject, but I told to myself that untill I finish my exams I will have 100% focus on the subject and nothing else except limited sleep.
Post the exams the section which fascinated me was section 10 of Income tax act 1961
Agricultural income which remains Tax free for political conveniences post that when my life was Mumbai I had opportunity to meet with over 2000 charted accountants and collaborated with President of ICAI on few ideas.

Income tax continued to fascinate me especially the 180 IQ babus are not able to solve the puzzle for last 77 years and 5 months

Imagine this

As of July 1, 2023, the Union Government of India employed approximately 4.867 million individuals across 56 ministries and department
that is close to 50 lakh people

In financial year 2022, there were over five million state government employees enrolled under the National Pension System Trust so total of over 1 crore employees
Now 1 ordinary constable has wealth of ₹600 crores
Imagine an average of ₹2crore with 10% of the government staff only will be ₹20 lakh crores

Then there are 5317 IAS officers (2022)
In India assume 100 of them with ₹1000 core assets it ₹1 lakh core

India has 4759 MLA’s except 100 MLA’s who don’t have money average expenditure to win a constituency would be ₹10 cores if an individual has to spend ₹10 crores his wealth should be ₹100 cores
So at least 4000 MLA would have assets of ₹100 crores hardly any pay that much tax that’s another ₹4 lakh crores

So if the government of India says that assets have been bought without tax and nationalises it will have cash of ₹25 lakh crores

Imagine building 10 world class universities in 28 states with ₹10,000 crore corpus each
10 world class hospitals along with medical college with ₹10000 crore corpus each in each state.

₹1 lakh crores startup fund to empower 1 lakh startup’s
₹2 lakh crore for R&D

₹1 lakh crore as interest free SME loan for all SMe’s who have failed income tax for 3 years ₹10 crore for 10000 sme’s across India
A special ₹1000 crore budget for R&D for SMe’s

Order for 1000 fighter planes and creating the defence ecosystem in India

No government has chased this ₹25 lakh crores
If you include business and others it would be ₹50 lakh crores of black money.
