@UPSHelp Unmitigated disaster. UPS says it attempts delivery, does not, we open case, they ignore local dispatch call back, then delay 2 of 3 shipments they failed to attempt to deliver in first place.
NEVER have problems with:

@UPSHelp The sender has nothing to do with this. I have every tracking number and have talked to YOUR customer service 5X now. It is UPS's fault for not including all THREE tracking numbers in the case that was opened.
I'm NOT here to hand hold you thru this delivery exception process.
Then @UPSHelp responded to my DM with my case # with a generic response that indicated the case # didn't include the 3 tracking numbers I spent 30 minutes on phone trying to resolve.
So I responded and they ghosted me.
