@MoravianTrader@fundingticks@fundingpips I knew they were terrible from the beginning, but I still gave them a chance after a friend convinced me to try. That was a mistake. The experience was awful, they honestly suck and it was a complete waste of time. Sorry to hear you went through it as well, but we move on bro
The biggest mistake of my trading career was trading with @fundingticks 🤣🤣🤣
I had multiple active accounts and wasn’t refunded correctly after the shutdown.
Learn from this and stay away from @FundingPips too, for your own good.
@Tetra_chan78 Exactly thank you! They gave me a refund I never even asked for by the way, and now they’re telling me to send it back. Honestly, that alone made my day 🤣🤣
So, weird and unprofessional…
Update on my @fundingticks case:
Their support marked my case resolved yesterday, but I replied explaining they hadn’t actually verified my account and had just refunded me & given a new challenge which made no sense to me.
I got an email from @fundingticks again, but instead of confirming my pass, they randomly sent me an email confirming a refund and a new account, which I never asked for?
The fact they had time to check everything again but didn’t confirm my pass why give me a refund and a new challenge? It makes no sense.
Either way, I don’t want a new challenge. I want my original funded account confirmed. I put my time in that’s what this is about. It’s not really hard to understand is it @Khldfx ?
What I realized is the support team actually has no idea what they’re doing, but the operations team seems better with their emails. I haven’t had the best experience, but I’m still giving them a shot. Whether I purchase more will depend on my payout experience
@Prop_Meter@fundingticks@fundingpips Instead of fixing it, they refunded me and gave me a new account which I never asked for, by the way.
That’s not how a reliable firm should handle things, is it?
I bought an account with @fundingticks after a friend recommended them. Wanted to give it a try even though I’m fairly new to futures.
I’m certain I passed the evaluation and followed all rules but on the 28th, my dashboard didn’t update correctly, the same issue that’s affected thousands of traders.
On the 29th, my subscription ended at 10PM UK time, and the system automatically marked me as failed. I reached out to support the same day and waited nearly a week with no response.
When they finally replied, they claimed I had cancelled my subscription and said it couldn’t be reactivated even though I had already reached my target and showed clear proof.

Again, logically, if I hadn’t canceled, they would have billed me again that’s fine, I wish that were the case. But still, I shouldn’t be billed for a new subscription since I reached my target before. If you pay attention to my trades and equity curve, you’ll notice I’ve highlighted everything. Hope that makes sense
I’ve been told to cancel, but I had no clue anyway, which is fine. I had passed before it ended, but the dashboard didn’t reflect all my profits from that day it showed most but left some out, which is where the issue is. The account itself had already passed before the subscription ended
