24h refund cancellation policy. Booked at 10.12am. Called at 13.15, 13.41, 14.11, 14.54, & 09.11 next day to cancel for family reasons. No answer on phones, website buffering endlessly. Finally got through at 10.29am. Told I was 17 mins late.

@bt_uk Notified #bt_uk on 21st April I was cancelling broadband from 1st June. They conveniently forgot and continued to bill me twice. They now claim to have no record of the call despite it clearly appearing on my call history for that day. Appalling.

@British_Airways 24-hour refund cancellation policy. Booked at 10.12am yesterday. Called at 13.15, 13.41, 14.11, 14.54, & 09.11 to cancel for family reasons. No answer on phones, website buffering endlessly. Finally got through at 10.29am today and was told I was 17 minutes late.
