@Carpe_Noctem1@VivintHome Agree. Going through the same thing now. I’m still within the trial period and they are doing everything possible to prevent me from cancelling. Wish I would have read this feed or the thousands of BBB (Better Business Bureau) complaints about this. Unethical practices.
@ChaseSupport online statements down since yesterday. Support indicated to check in an hour each time I called. Issue it still ongoing and I was told widespread to all customers—is anyone working on this? At least temporarily allow support/bankers to provide statements.
