@AskLyft I already submitted a help ticket, but that was two hours ago. I can't change my password, delete my payment method, or delete my account. I'm concerned my account will be used and charged again. Please help asap! @lyft

@AskLyft I woke this morning to see that someone used my Lyft account for a ride at 11:55pm. I was charged a $10 cancellation fee for no show. This was definitely not me! I was asleep at around 9:30pm and I uninstalled the Lyft app around 7pm after using it earlier that day.

@YahooCare So I call @YahooCare back and they hang up on me after waiting for 20 mins for them to help me modify the DNS on Yahoo's panel.

@YahooCare ...at Yahoo's Domain Manager to modify the DNS. Explained this to @YahooCare and they kept telling me to call GoDaddy. Seriously?

@YahooCare "Domain" support tells me to call GoDaddy when the domain's Nameservers are pointing to Yahoo, which means DNS must be managed...
